Exp:6+Test Lead:

Requirement:

6+ years of development and testing experience
• should be expert in C# programming, Coded UI, MTM, TFS.
• Knowledge of MVC, JavaScript, and Design Patterns is a definite plus.
• Hands on experience in developing automation frameworks for any of Web/Mobile/API.
• 6+ years of development and testing experience

4)Mobile Application Testing:

Exp: 6yrs to 9yrs

1. Applicant should have good experience in mobile application testing (Unit Testing or System Testing)

2. Applicant should have good knowledge in Android and/or iOS and should have created some Android or iOS utilities. Mobile application development experience in one of the platforms would be beneficial

3. Hands-on experience to any of the programming languages – Java, C#

4. Good exposure to scripting tools like – Shell, Perl or Python

5. Applicant should have good experience with various mobile test automation tools like Robotium, iOS driver, Selendroid, Appium, Calabash etc.

6. Applicant should be able to quickly learn new technology concepts and able to contribute in developing mobility testing solutions

7. Applicant should be conversant with latest trends and technology related to mobility.

Senior Test Manager

More than 13 – 14 years of experience. Preferably from tier 1 companies who have delivered in onsite-offshore model

1.       Revenue & Margin – Drives business unit goals

2.       Works towards resource Utilization (Billable, Bench & Unbilled) - As per business unit goals

3.       Works towards Repeat Business Value within accounts

4.       Visible contribution to growing business in same account or opening new account, Responding to RFI/RFP, POC for new customers/business

5.       Direct and manage project testing from beginning to end.

6.       Develop full-scale project test plans, strategy and associated communications documents.

7.       Identify & track test phases and deliverables.

8.       Understand Business and Functional Specifications

9.       Drive and review test cases and execution

10.    Has very good knowledge of testing methods – black box, Regression, Test Automation etc

11.    Has very good knowledge of test management and defect management tools like HP- Quality Centre, HP- ALM, Rational Clear Quest, and Rational QA Manager.

12.    Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

13.    Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

14.    Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.

15.    Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

16.    Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

17.    Identify and manage testing dependencies and critical path.

18.    Plan and schedule project testing timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

19.    Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations.

20.    Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

21.    Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

22.    Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

23.    Participate in project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

24.    Good to have test automation experience with tool like QTP, Selenium and automation 

frameworks.
